How to add a systeme.io calendar to your page

In this article, you will discover how to add a calendar to your systeme.io pages.

You can add a calendar created on systeme.io on your blog, capture, sales pages, as well as on the form and popup pages of your sales funnels. Learn how to create a calendar: How to use the booking Calendar feature on Systeme.io.

How to add a calendar to your page:

To add a calendar to your page, simply go to your page editor and drag the "Calendar" element onto your page.

The "Calendar" element includes three main steps:

  • Step 1: Booking Interface
  • Step 2: Submission Form

  • Step 3: Thank-you page

Step 1: Booking Interface

In this step, the event details are displayed along with the booking calendar that contacts use to schedule their appointment.

In the settings menu, several configuration options are available, including:

  • Step button text (to be configured in the "Title" and "Subtitle" fields).
  • "Next Step" button text.
  • The name of the event associated with this element.
  • Time format: choose between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour formats.
  • Configuration options for margins, padding, and colors.

Note 1: You must select one of the different available events for the calendar to function if you have multiple; otherwise, if you only have one event, it will be selected by default.

Step 2: Submission Form

Contacts complete their relevant information to finalize the booking on the form present at this step.

In the settings menu, you can customize the step button text by modifying the "Title" and "Subtitle" fields and also choose the time format.

Note 2: You can add other form fields beyond those already present.

At this step, you can add custom questions to your calendar and colletc relevant information from your invitees.

All responses are saved under the contact’s tab, in the Survey section:

You can also check the responses under the Booking Details tab of the Calendar tool:

Note 3: The properties of the fonts (type, size) of the texts included in the calendar are linked to the default font settings of your page.

Step 3: Thank you page

Finally, you can choose to redirect invitees after booking. If selected, a button will appear to direct the invitee to the next step or to a custom URL.

It's also possible to add a sub-headline with a custom message, right below the booking confirmation.

Notification Emails:

Notifications are sent to the event owner and the guest who made the booking, in the following cases:

  1. Booking Confirmation: Confirmation emails are sent to both parties to indicate that the booking was successful.
  2. Rescheduling: In the event of rescheduling, notification emails are sent to both parties with the new booking details.
  3. Cancellation: If either party cancels a booking, cancellation emails are sent to each of them.

Note 4: It is worth noting that the emails sent to guests contain a "Cancel" button that redirects them to a confirmation page. Once confirmation is completed, the cancellation is taken into account, and the corresponding cancellation emails are sent.
