In the page editor, drag the "Twitter Share Button" element from the panel on the left, and drop it onto your page (number 1 in the image). Click on the settings icon to display its options in the panel on the left (number 2 in the image).
Insert the text of the tweet (number 3 in the image), then click on "Save changes" to save your page (number 4 in the image).
