How to cancel systeme.io subscription

In this article, you will learn how to cancel your systeme.io subscription.

To change your subscription settings, click on your profile picture (number 1 in the image), then on "Settings", and finally on "Manage my subscriptions". (number 2 in the image)

Find the subscription you wish to cancel, click on the 3 dots, and then on "Cancel subscription". (number 3 in the image)

To cancel your subscription, click "Confirm" on the pop-up that appears. (number 4 in the image)

Important: When a customer cancels one of his subscriptions, the cancellation will take effect on the next payment date.

Example: If a customer who subscribed to a monthly subscription on September 04 cancels their subscription on September 10, their subscription will be canceled on October 04.
