How to configure the sending of webinar emails

In this article, you will learn how to configure the sending of emails when organizing a webinar.

To get started, you will need the following :

Steps to configure webinar emails :

First, go to your webinar registration page and click on the "Emails" tab. (number 1 in the image)

Click on "+ Create". (number 2 in the image)

In the webinar email configuration, you can :

Add email attachments. (number 3 in the image)
Choose the event that will trigger sending the email ( registration to webinar or webinar starts). (number 4 in the image)
Define a delay for sending the email, such as setting it to be delivered 15 minutes prior to the webinar's start time. (number 5 in the image)

You can set the exact time for email delivery. (number 6 in the image)
You can use substitution variables (number 7 in the image) by pasting the variable in the body of the email :

{webinar_show_link} - the link to the page with the webinar session will be sent to each webinar registrant.

{webinar_replay_link} - the link to the page with the webinar replay will be sent to each webinar registrant.
