How to receive invoices automatically

This guide will walk you through how to automatically receive your monthly or yearly subscription invoices.

To get started, you’ll need:

• An active paid systeme.io subscription, or an active subscription to a product sold by a systeme.io vendor

By default, systeme.io sends invoices automatically to the customer's company, not to the individual customer.

However, you have the flexibility to:

• Enable or disable the automatic sending of invoices to individual customers
• Enable or disable the automatic sending of invoices to companies

How to configure your invoice notification settings

1. Log in to your account, click on your profile picture, then select "Settings". (number 1 in the image)

2. Go to the “Notifications” tab (number 2 in the image), scroll down to the “My subscription invoices” section.
3. Check the box next to each subscription offer for which you want to receive invoices (e.g., Systeme.io Startup). (number 3 in the image)

Note: you can choose to:

• Receive invoices by email, and/or
• Receive notifications for upcoming payments
