How to send a password reset email

On this page, you will learn how to change your password or send a password reset email to a client/student so they can change it themselves.

What you’ll need :

• a systeme.io account

1) You have forgotten the password to access systeme.io :

No worries! You can reset it by simply going to the following page :

• Link: https://systeme.io/dashboard/en/login

Then click on "Forgot your password?". (number 1 in the image)

Next, enter the email address associated with your systeme.io account, and click on "Reset password". (number 2 in the image)

An email with a link will be sent to the email address you entered to reset your password. This will allow you to create a new password.

Go to your email inbox and click the link you received to set a new password for your systeme.io account.

Once this is done, you can log into your systeme.io account using the link below :

• Link : https://systeme.io/dashboard/en/login

2) Your student forgot his/her password for your course area :

You must go to the login page for your training space.

The login link to your training space depends on how your domain is set up :

• If you connected your own domain :

yourdomain.com/dashboard/en/login

• If you're using a systeme.io subdomain :

yoursubdomain.systeme.io/dashboard/en/login

Then, enter the email address your student used to sign up for your course, and click the "Reset password" button.

They will then receive an email with a link to reset their password and access the login page for your course.
