How to send customers a link to update their credit cards
This guide will walk you through how to send customers a link to update their credit cards.
To get started, you will need the following:
a systeme.io account
at least one sale made
For payments made with Stripe:
Navigate to your "**Transactions**" page (number 1 in the image), located within the "**Sales**" tab.

Enter the customer's email address into the search field and click on "**Filter**" (number 2 in the image). Next, click on the customer's email address (number 3 in the image).

On the contact sheet, scroll down to the "**Subscriptions**" section on the same page. Here, click on the three dots, followed by "**Change credit card details**" (number 4 in the image).

When you reach the redirection page, simply copy the link of the page (number 5 in the image) and send it to the customer.

For payments made with PayPal:
Customers who pay their subscription with PayPal and want to change their contact details will need to make another subscription with the new payment information.
