How to set up a popup that opens by clicking on a text link

In this article, you will learn how to set up a popup that opens by clicking on a text link. 

You will need: 

a systeme.io account
a popup

1) Put a popup on a text of a page created with systeme.io :

Select the text on which you want to open a popup, then click on the string icon (number 1 in the image).



Next, click on the "Open popup" icon (number 2 in the image).



Choose the popup of your choice (number 3 in the image), then click save (number 4 in the image).

2) Put a popup on a text of a page created on another site :

You need to proceed in several important steps:

Step 1: Create a contact form as a popup by going to your sales funnel and adding a new page by clicking on "Add Step" (number 5 in the image).

Choose "Popup Form" (number 6 in the image) and select a template of your choice.



You can modify your popup page by going to the editor of the page from the "Edit page" button (number 7 in the image).



Step 2: After you have finished configuring your popup, you will have the option to:

Copy the script by clicking on the "Script" button (number 8 in the image)
Create a link for your popup by clicking on the "Create link" button (number 9 in the image)
Copy the embedded form of your popup by clicking on the "Embedded form" button (number 10 in the image)



Step 3: On your external page, integrate the redirection URL you got by creating a link for your popup page on a specific text so that the popup will open once a prospect clicks on it.
